Filing IT Returns is becoming increasingly complicated and needs to be simplified.
This was an argument in June 1993 in an ET article of the author and also in the Budget Speech of 1998-99. However, the same is only becoming further complicated. Each time a statement is made, that IT laws or filing of returns is being rationalised or simplified, it gets further complicated.
